Johnathan Kimbrough is the founder of Johnathan Kimbrough Consulting LLC. He writes sanitation programs for food processing facilities and stays with them through deployment, not just the binder.

He served more than ten years in the United States Army, including three combat tours in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. He has more than 20 years in executive consulting, an MBA in Global Business Management, and is a doctoral candidate in business administration.

The two-book series is Food Processing Sanitation Program Adherence, Deployment, & Implementation Policy. Book 1 stands the program up. Book 2 is the seven steps that keep it from slipping after week two. This app is the floor tool that goes with that work: checklists, pre-op, the master schedule, and training through turnover.
