Who we are
This app is operated by Johnathan Kimbrough Consulting LLC for sanitation work in offices, hospitals, and food processing facilities. Questions about this policy go to [email protected] or 762-391-9947.
What you enter
The app stores only what you type or check on that device:
- Facility type, site name, and shift lead
- Checklist, pre-op, and monthly task results, including notes
- Custom checklists you create
- Chemical names, par levels, and order notes
- Inventory counts
- Training records, which may include a person’s name, role, and status
Where it stays
Those records stay in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to a consulting database, and there is no account to sign in to. Another phone that opens the same link starts with its own copy. Clearing this site’s data, or removing the home-screen app and its site data, deletes the logs on that device.
The service that delivers the page may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address and browser type, so the site can load. This app does not add advertising or analytics scripts.
Email and other sites
If you tap a button to email an SSOP request or a consult, your own mail app opens a message to [email protected]. We receive only what you choose to send. After that, we keep the message as business correspondence.
Links to getjk-consulting.com, LinkedIn, and Amazon leave this app. Those sites have their own policies.
Payments
The $150 app fee and the $25 community signup are paid on Venmo or Cash App, not inside this app. We do not collect card numbers. Those apps receive the payment details under their own policies. After payment, an access code is entered on this phone. The unlocked state stays on this device only.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the logs in this app to advertise to you. The app is a work tool, not a service for children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after that date means you accept the updated policy.
